** Currently, overnights are only available on select nights each month. Check the calendar for nights marked “Available”. **

All nights are $325.00 for the first 5 investigators and $50.00 for each additional investigator with a maximum of 8 people. Weeknights must be made by special arrangement if available.

**In case of inclement weather during the winter months, your reservation may need to be rescheduled. Check the forecast for your reservation date and ensure that the weather is safe for travel. Check in with the ownership of the hotel to be sure that everyone can get there safely.**

Important Reservation Information!

All reservations require a $75.00 deposit  to reserve the location.  All rentals are 7 PM to 7 AM unless prearranged beforehand *Start times are subject to owner’s schedule* .

Deposit is refundable up until 7 days before the reservation date but it is non-refundable for dates within the 7 day window.  We will work with you if this is due to inclement weather.  We will work to reschedule your date if possible.  All deposits and confirmation will be done via email once we receive your request using the form below.
