We visited the house on October 5, 2018. I've been to a lot of haunted places and this was by far the most active. The activity was almost constant. Motion detectors and other devices were set off. Voices were heard and items were thrown. I don't want to give away too many details because it's really something you need to experience for yourself. I will say I look forward to going back soon! This should be a place on any investigator's list.

This place was absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! This place is non-stop activity. We received activity throughout the entire evening. Items move, shadows are seen, voices & movement are heard with your own ears, and EVPs are amazing!!! On top of it all, the guys that run the place are awesome!!! Definitely trying to preserve a major historical piece. If we lived closer, we'd be back sooner! In the near future ... We will be back! Thanks for everything & sharing this gem with us!

My team ( Colorado Alliance of Paranormal Investigators and Mediums ) and I had an overnight investigation at the 1858 Garnett House Hotel on June 9th. This was one of the most active locations I have investigated. It didn’t take long to start having interaction with the spirits and once it started it was non stop all night long. It was my 18 year old sons first investigation and an experience he will never forget. One I won’t either. On top of the spirit activity the house is brimming with history and life. It’s just cool in general. I am thankful for the work and love put into restoring and preserving this place and I am hopeful future visitors will respect the history and life of this place.

Our group Colorado Alliance of Paranormal Investigators and Mediums had a great time at the 1858 Garnett Hotel. We all had personal experiences throughout the night. And we will be reviewing all the data in the coming weeks. It is a very active location with a lot of great history. I highly recommend spending some time there. Thanks for saving a really cool historical place.
